Hopefully this news isn’t interrupting your kung-fu, but if you haven’t seen 2009’s Black Dynamite, you’re depriving yourself of one of the absolute funniest movies of the last decade. According to The Playlist, writer/star Michael Jai White (Gamble from The Dark Knight), a sequel to the cult hit begins shooting later this year.
An animated spin-off is also in development with Cartoon Network & Adult Swim, so it’s time to catch this spot-on spoof of 70’s Blaxploitation movies if you haven’t seen it yet. White is brilliant in it, and if you only know him from some of his less-than-stellar movies (which he apparently has a great sense of humor about), you’ll be pleasantly surprised by his work in Black Dynamite.
Does This Mean We’re Getting That “Zoolander” Sequel Soon?
What you’re looking at here is an actual picture of Owen Wilson and the Prime Minister of Malaysia that was snapped by none other than Derek Zoolander himself, Ben Stiller. They’re so hot right now…
Mash-Up Monday Presents: Disney’s Game of Thrones
The House of Mouse have touched upon and retold many famous fairy tales and pieces of literature, so what would a Disney version of Game of Thrones look like? Well, the folks at Dorkly put together this video that meshes clips from a variety of classic Disney animated films with the audio from one of the latest trailers for the series.
Some of the animated films included in the clip include: The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Sleeping Beauty, Pocahontas, Robin Hood, Mulan, Pinocchio, Fantasia, Snow White, Beauty and the Beast and The Little Mermaid.

I still got chills from watching this…
The Japanese trailer for “Brave”.
Even though I can’t understand a lick of dialogue, this trailer gives me a better idea of the actual plot of the film, unlike the US trailers.
Those wisps!
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Disney’s US marketing team sucks.
HAHAHAHA! So fucking right! The US trailer focused on the archery competition….
“Seeking a Friend for the End of the World” (2012) Debut Trailer
Focus Features has released their first official trailer for their apocalyptic romance comedy, Seeking a Friend for the End of the World. Yes, that’s one lengthy title for a movie, but the subject matter is pretty interesting, albeit I don’t see the humor in the end of the world.
The film stars Steve Carrell (The 40-Year Old Virgin) and Kiera Knightly (Pirates of the Caribbean) as a duo set out to help each other in the ending days of Earth as an asteroid is on a collision course with the planet.
The film is set for a June 22nd release.

In the latest case of marketing for Marvel’s upcoming The Avengers film, Jads International has decided to make character specific scents. Because it’s not enough to dress like you’re favorite Avenger, dagnabbit you’ve got to smell like them too. That’s dedication, folks.
Fans can smell like Nick Fury, Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, Thor or Loki, and each cologne comes with a nifty little write-up meant to tie in with whatever Avenger it’s based on.
You can check those out after the break.
LOL! I wanna smell like the Hulk. Fucking sweat and anger.

WHAT?!
But please don’t fuck it up.
Darth Vader + Batman = Darthman? BatVader?
BatVader’s all “come at me bro!” ‘cause his parents were brutally murdered before his eyes, so he became a Sith and blew the shit out of Alderaan. Then some other rad shit happened, but decades later, the director decided to make it all less rad for the Blu-ray edition.

So this is what Leonard Nimoy’s been up to since he retired.
This is the official alternate video for “The Lazy Day Song” by Bruno Mars. The video features Leonard Nimoy going through an average day in the life in his robe, eating junk food from grocery store shelves, and getting his smoke on. We’re assuming this was filmed before he retired from acting.
This video is a bit more awesome when you mute it. It’s even more more awesome when you mute it and play actual good music in the background.
